By using our services, you agree to these terms. Body Ambulance Service provides dead body ambulance, freezer ambulance, and related transportation services subject to availability and applicable laws.
All bookings are confirmed verbally over phone. We require accurate information about pickup location, destination, and nature of service required. False or inaccurate information may result in service cancellation.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and bank transfer. Pricing may vary based on distance, type of ambulance, and documentation requirements. All prices are communicated clearly before service commencement.
For all dead body transportation, valid documentation including death certificate and applicable NOC must be provided by the client. We assist in obtaining documentation but the legal responsibility rests with the client.
Body Ambulance Service is not liable for delays caused by police verification, documentation issues, traffic, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for any consequential or indirect damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
